Abstract (English):
An application for the cloud-based system with a web interface and the use of fi lters, fi lter estimated impact on the performance of cloud services. Calculations are based on queuing theory and synthesis of multi-channel systems models with “cooling” and not an approximation of Markov processes with the help of phase-type distributions. Describes charts and transitions matrix microstates multichannel queuing system for modelling application with a web interface, a diagram to calculate the stationary distribution of the number of requests in the system and developed a JAVA program that implements a fi lter for the data encryption. The scheme of mutual validation of models of multi-channel service delivery systems with a “cooling” is presented.
