Abstract. The substantiation, content and research of the algorithm for planning resource-saving information exchange in conditions of a priori uncertainty of the quality of transmitted data is presented. The formulation of the task of planning information exchange is given, taking into account the analysis of data quality. The results of simulation modeling of information exchange processes using the considered algorithm are reflected. The proposed algorithm can be used to organize data transmission in distributed real-time information systems with limited energy and time resources.
