The article proposes a complex method of diagnosing of the set of points, developed on the basis of two approaches: multicriteria evaluation of the diagnostic parameter and neural network. This complex method allowed to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis of technological process and technical state of set of points by the advantages of the method.
