MANAGING THE DELIVERY OF LOCAL CARGO, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract (English):
The operational work of railway sections for the delivery of local cargo occupies a significant place in the total volume of transportation activities. When servicing a station with insignificant but fairly stable loading and unloading volumes, there are a number of problems that negatively affect operational performance. It should be noted that almost all cargo operations at the stations of the site are carried out on non-public tracks. When planning and developing the technology for servicing the stations of the site, it is necessary to take into account not only the volume of cargo work, but also the technical and technological capabilities and features of the infrastructure of the junction stations and non-public paths. In this case, it is necessary to switch to the vector of customer-oriented technology when working with cargo owners and rolling stock operators. This approach will make it possible to reduce unproductive costs associated with the organization of local cargo delivery, reduce the amount of idle time of wagons, increase the productivity of traction means, meet the delivery time of cargo, reduce operating costs in general
