Abstract:
The article examines the relevance of digital literacy and ICT competencies of higher education teachers as a key condition for improving the quality of education within the framework of state digital transformation programs. The analysis of the components of the digital literacy index of Russians in dynamics for 2020–2025 is carried out. Special attention is paid to the digital literacy of university teachers and the identification of growth areas. The necessity of forming individual development strategies for teachers and systemic monitoring by university administrators is substantiated.
