In article explains the model of the exit organization from the Luzhniki sta- dium on the example of a football match 11.11.2017. The analysis of the works, considered area of research, the choice of tthe pedestrian flow movement model, the simulation tool, approaches to pedestrian flows modeling. Revealed the causes of the crush. It was noted that the incident occurred as a result of objective reasons, such as repairing one of the outputs from Sportivnaya station, rainy weather and peculiarities of the geographical location of the complex. There were also subjec- tive reasons, such as the the restriction of free access to all nearby transport infra- structure facilities and not optimal approach in pedestrian streams managing. In SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT the future, with the help of specialized software for simulation modeling Anylogic, was developed a model of the spectators’ exit from the territory of the complex after the match on 11.11.2017. After the simulation results were identical to the real data, experiments were performed on the model, which allow simulating various modes of operation of the transport infrastructure, approaches to the organization of exit of fans and pedestrian flows management. Also there was an experiment, which has showed the expected model of exit from the stadium after the World Cup match ended. According to the results of the experiments, it was noted that the average speed of the pedestrian flow managing increased significantly, and the time of the exit from the stadium was reduced by more than 2 times. The obtained data made it possible to develop optimal methods for pedestrian flows managing, to develop approaches to the transport support of the complex, and to determine the mode of operation of the transport infrastructure, which is necessary for com- fortable exit from the stadium. The article touches upon the organization of the cultural and mass event, prepared a list of recommendations on the organization of transport support, and pedestrian flows management at the end of mass-cultural events at the Luzhniki sports complex.
