Abstract (English):
This work contains the materials of the 3rd section of the unreleased monograph of the first head of the Department of Automation and Remote Control on the Railways of the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers Nikolai Vasi- lyevich Lupal «Development of Signaling, Interlocking and Blocking Devices on Russian Railways». The problems of regulating the train traffic during the period of imperialism in the Russian Empire (1906-1917) are being discussed.
