Abstract (English):
The article describes the principle of the synthesis of safe circuit design of power supply devices, based on general-purpose circuits. This principle is shown, using the example of developed power board circuit, that has a safe shutdown function, that is realized by the power unit with transfer of the charge on switched capacitors.
