In a typical track circuits coding schemes the transmitter relay contact is used. Multiple switching of transmitter relay contacts results in its gradual degradation also due to the infl uence of an electric arc. The most important task for improving the safety of train traffi c is using of circuits, that provide code signals of automatic train cab signaling without relay switching elements. The article describes the research work of non-contact generator within the voice-frequency track circuit.
