The issues of the organization of a joint-less track, reducing the number of connections in the rail lash and reducing the load on critical ones are considered. To this end, manufacturers increased the length of the rail guides produced, but this had a bad effect on the performance of the final product. The causes of emissions and ways to overcome them are considered.
