This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the strategy for the formation and improvement of human resources for the railway sector, implemented by Gazpromtrans LLC, a key transport and logistics operator of Gazprom PJSC. The effective methods of the company’s interaction with educational institutions, covering all levels of training, from secondary specialized to university transport education, are being studied in detail. Close attention is paid to the functioning of the “social elevator” mechanisms, including the organization of targeted training for remote branches, assistance in the employment of graduates, the development of a corporate mentoring system and the formation of a pool of personnel reserve. It is demonstrated that such a synergetic partnership between the business structure and the educational system not only effectively solves the company’s internal needs for qualified personnel, but also actively promotes the formation of a new generation of highly qualified specialists for the domestic transport complex, ensuring the continuity of knowledge and practical orientation of the educational process.
