   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Представлены алгоритм и программы для экспертной системы, предназначенной для определения неисправности рельсовой цепи на железнодорожном транспорте. Исследованы математическая и имитационная модели для определения режимов работы рельсовой цепи с токовым съемом. Разработаны алгоритмы и программы для создания экспертных систем на основе этих моделей, что позволяет оперативно диагностировать неисправности и предоставлять рекомендации по их устранению.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The paper presents an algorithm and programs for an expert system designed to determine the failure of a rail circuit in railway transport. Mathematical and simulation models have been studied to determine the operating modes of a rail circuit with current collection. Algorithms and programs have been developed to create expert systems based on these models, which allows to quickly diagnose faults and provide recommendations for their elimination.</p>
